* 學界運動模特參賽者可同時報名運動模特，健身及女子一件式泳裝組別。
* 其他組別參賽者只限報一級，除了健身先生/小姐及女子一件式泳裝參賽者可同時報其他組別。
* Athlete if compete in Student Sport Physique, he/she can also compete in Sport Physique, Fitness Physique and / or Women’s One Piece Swimsuit but NOT the other categories.
* Athlete can only apply one category, except Fitness Physique and Women’s One Piece Swimsuit.
費用：
每項 HKD$100 /per category

* 男子古典健美、健身先生及健身小姐之參加者需在報名截止日期或之前以電郵提交自選動作或才藝表演環節的音樂檔(mp3格式)，本會有權為逾時提交或沒有提交mp3音樂檔之參加者選用大會音樂。
* For participant who compete in Men’s Athletic Physique or Men’s Fitness Physique or Women’s Fitness Physique, please submit the music in MP3 format to the Secretariat by e-mail enquiry@hkcbba.org on or before the application deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. The organizer reserves its right to arrange official posing music for participants who are not able to submit their background music on time.
報名程序 Entry Procedure：
請填妥報名表格連同劃線支票抬頭”中國香港健美總會”，於截止日期前寄回香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑一號奧運大樓1028室﹝中國香港健美總會收﹞。 閣下亦可在報名截止日期前於辦公時間親臨本會報名。 如需申請教練陪同進入後台，請在報名表上填寫教練之中英文名，每位參加者只限申請一位教練陪同 (報到時職員會核對教練之身份證)。
Please return the filled application form together with a crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong China Bodybuilding And Fitness Association” on or before the entry deadline to Room 1028, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong; or enroll in person at our office.
If you want to apply the Coach Entry Pass, please fill-in the “Coach Entry (Backstage) Application” part of the application form.
